We ask you to fill out our Covid questionnaire prior to all visits, to please arrive with a mask on and wash/sanitize your hands upon arrival and exit, and to please limit bringing any friends/family members if they do not also have appointments( minors excluded). If you feel ill, or feel you may have been recently exposed to someone with Covid-19,we ask you to reschedule your appointments and please get tested.
